a mixed bag, SOME issues
quick ridelack of watersleep disturbance
the complimentary shuttle was a QUICK ride from the airport.
I did NOT appreciate the lack of attention to detail. There was NO water in the room. Paper napkins were absent too, I was VERY inconvenienced. The noise levels were unacceptable, causing sleep disturbances FOR two nights.

The air conditioning in my room was set too high, and I could not adjust it. the mini-bar prices were excessively high for basic snacks and beverages.

The shuttle service to the airport ran on schedule and was very convenient.
The room did not match the description when I booked it. I thought I booked a room with a large bed, but instead, the room only has two single beds. I also found the front desk staff unhelpful when I asked about it.

The restaurant provided delicious food through room service. the indoor pool was clean. I also found it well stocked with towels. the location offered great convenience due to the shuttle service from and to the airport!!!
I noticed the kettle switch was broken. I needed to hold it down for it to work.
